Three pre-seeded applicants are evaluated against the Hamilton Duplex default policy: a clean applicant who passes every rule, a borderline case whose income and employment dip below the threshold, and a hard-flag whose eviction and reference history disqualifies them. The full rule-by-rule breakdown lands in an append-only audit log per run — nothing is silently overwritten, every entry carries the rule, observed value, weight, and the decision that was live at the time of evaluation.
